About Dee Sweeney
Always having been passionate about Real Estate, Dee began her career in 2010. Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty Canada she worked for Baker Real Estate in the sale of new and luxury condominiums. Being a people person and a good listener, she realizes that you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. Dee knows what it takes to match clients needs and wants with the right properties.
Giving back has always been important. Dee volunteered in the classrooms at her twins’ elementary school in the reading club and on the parent committee. She also was actively involved in various fundraisers for the school as well as the Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief in Africa, Titotay Memorial School in Cat Lake Ontario, Nur Abadi special needs school in Jakarta and Camp Oochigeas.
Earlier in her career, Dee provided court and tribunal services in the paralegal scope of practice. During this time, she obtained her Commissioner of Oaths for Small Claims and Landlord and Tenant matters. As the Host of T.O. Law on Talk 640, she had the opportunity to interview specialists on various topics.
Deanne is a global thinker, passionate about nature, housing and our environment. The principle of Highest and Best Use is more important now than ever. From heartful housing of our most vulnerable to artful, luxury Real Estate in Toronto’s downtown core, developing responsibly and creatively is key to Dee!
