A Newer Vision

Canderel has got a much bigger vision. It is planning to build a tower of 66 storeys in place of this existing commercial space. The tower will feature a residential, commercial, and office space. Moreover, Hariri Pontarini, one of the most reputed architects in Ontario, will be handling the architecture of the project.
Addition to the Skyline

The development will rise high up to 234 meters and will be adding a total of 528 new condo suites in the bustling downtown Toronto. Are you wondering if you should own one space in the development too? There are plenty of homebuyers as well as investors who have keenly set their eyes on the upcoming development.
Also, the development will have around 24460 square meters of space reserved for official purposes, along with additional retail space. All this is going to come into the picture only if Canderel’s plan gets approval.

Elegance in Every Aspect

There is an elegant glass tower that will add a major new peak to the Bloor-Yorkville skyline. As per the proposal that has been shared, the office space will occupy the second to fourteenth floors of the elegant glass tower. The design of this newer development will be a mix of contemporary and urban, adding a new dimension to the neighbourhood’s architectural style.

High in Utility; Graceful in Appearance

Above the fourteenth floor, condos will occupy floors 16-65 of the development. These condo suites will be of several different layouts. Fifty-nine percent of them would be of one-bedroom layout, 28 percent of them would be of two-bedroom layout, and 13 percent of them would be of the three-bedroom layout type. Few of the condo units will also feature a private terrace as well as discrete projecting balconies.

These office spaces and condo spaces are not all. You will also get parking spots for cars as well as bikes, massive public lobbies, and alluring restaurants as well as shops at the ground level of the development. Not to forget, there are exciting amenities in planning too. One of the most attractive aspects of this development is the outdoor patios. There will be a wraparound terrace on the 15th floor of the development. Also, there will be a relatively smaller indoor-outdoor patio located on the 16th floor of the tower.

Highlights About the Project

There are just so many highlights about this development for you to look into and feel excited about. One such other major highlight is the glass space on the top floor of the tower. From here, the residents of the tower will get to witness a breath-taking 360-degree view of downtown Toronto. The office workers will be able to enjoy the terrace on the second floor of the development as well as the vibrant dining space.

The expectations of this charming project are quite high. Therefore, everyone is waiting for approval so that the project can move forward as per the planning and become a boon for the investors and buyers in Ontario.
