110-150 Eglinton Ave East

110 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto, ON M4P 1E2, Canada

Description

The 110-150 Eglinton Ave East Condos project in Toronto’s Midtown offers a transformative mixed-use development featuring four high-rise towers, extensive retail spaces, and public amenities designed to enhance urban living and community engagement.

Madison Group is excited to announce its latest project in collaboration with the renowned Rafael Viñoly Architects, a global architectural powerhouse celebrated for their landmark designs in cities like Tokyo, London, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, and New York, particularly the iconic 432 Park Avenue. Joining forces with Turner Fleischer Architects Inc. and MPFP Landscape Architecture, the project introduces a master-planned community poised to transform Toronto’s Midtown. This development will feature four skyscrapers and offer expansive public spaces aimed at enhancing the community experience for both residents and the public.

This project marks Rafael Viñoly’s first venture in Canada, and it is also the only Canadian development to which he has personally contributed. Collaborating closely with MPFP Landscape Architects and led by Viñoly himself, the Madison Group has meticulously developed a master plan that integrates various community needs and perspectives. Viñoly’s dedication has ensured that the public areas are thoughtfully designed to cater to families and promote a high-quality pedestrian environment. The collective ambition of this project is to emphasize pedestrian-friendly urban design and stand-out architecture, thereby introducing a distinctive developmental and architectural vision to Toronto. This innovative undertaking aims to revolutionize Midtown and significantly enhance community and business access to top-tier, community-oriented urban spaces.

Included in the plan are expansive green spaces, a public amphitheater, an adventure playground, and substantial retail areas along Eglinton Ave. East. These spaces will flow into café and patio areas, further enriching the urban landscape. Additionally, the project will establish two new connections to Roehampton Avenue, bridging various parts of the community.

Situated on the northern side of Eglinton Ave. East, between Dunfield Ave., Lillian St., and Redpath Ave., this visionary development will encompass a total Gross Floor Area of almost 2 million square feet, spanning both 90-110 and 150-164 Eglinton Ave. East. This ambitious project is set to redefine urban living and community interaction in Toronto’s bustling Midtown district.
