Panda Markham

Panda Markham will be Lifetime Development’s first development proposal in the City of Markham; its vision is to transform and revitalize a 5.8 acre site at 8200 Warden Avenue into a vibrant, mixed-use community that will provide the City of Markham with the much-needed housing for its burgeoning population.

This landmark condominium community is proposed to include five residential towers with supporting retail at grade that will not only enhance the City’s skyline, but will enrich the neighbourhood with stunning architecture while connecting residents to the best of Markham and the Greater Toronto Area. The focus is to build upon the existing resources and infrastructure that has allowed Markham to thrive and grow.
