Pier 27 Phase 3

Pier 27 Phase 3 Condos is a development by Cityzen located at 25 & 35 Queens Quay E, Toronto. Featuring an 11-storey East Building and a 45-storey West Building. Shared between the condo towers, there are 362 parking spaces and 587 spots for bicycles.

Cityzen Development is ensuring that Pier 27’s final phase is part of the effort to build back better for the Queens Quay area. By bringing this last piece of the master plan for Pier 27 to life, this development of the Phase 3 lands is an opportunity to:

2. Respond to the evolving development context with a revised proposal that builds on Pier 27’s guiding principles
